The research investigates the theme of contemplation as opposed to performance. The installation seeks to create a moment of enchantment through the observation of the variation of a form (a cloth), implying the existence of something constant and uniform (a bicycle). A satin bike cover conceals the bicycle by covering it: it is not a protection, but an opportunity to look at the variation of its form. By means of a QR code, it is possible to view a video in which the appearance and shape of the bike - motionless, but functioning - are at the same time highlighted and concealed. An everyday image that, removed from the flow of time and space, becomes something else.
